We ship to almost every country in the world, and shipping is always free.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to our shipping partner within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Remote areas or customs checks can occasionally add a few extra days.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show its first update, so do not worry if it looks quiet at first.
Busy periods
During sales and holidays, demand can spike and delivery may take a little longer. If your order is delayed, we will keep you updated.
Customs and import fees
Depending on your country, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your government and are not included in our prices.
Wrong address or missing parcel
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then email us at xenoraidsupport@gmail.com and we will help.
