Not in love with your XenoRaid set? No problem. You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

1. Let us know first

Before sending anything back, contact us at xenoraidsupport@gmail.com or fill in our withdrawal form with your order number. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Parcels sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.

2. Return conditions

• The item is unused, clean and undamaged and complete with all parts.
• It comes back in its original packaging with any tags still attached.
• The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered. In that case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels that go missing on the way back to us.

4. Damaged or wrong item?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the problem. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

5. Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

6. Exchanges

Want a different item instead? Mention it when you contact us and we will help you sort it out.
